My bilingual poem “Ardor”

To appreciate it to its fullest, here are both the Spanish and the English versions. This bilingual poem is part of an unpublished collection titled Santo sea el hueco/Holy is the Void. The literary journals which Juan Re Crivello edits, Masticadores (in Spanish) and LatinosUSA (in English) are publishing a selection of my poems over the coming months.

A note on the methodology: all of my bilingual poems were written first in Spanish, and then translated, by me, into English.
